Vendor space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications must be received and full payment must be received by August 21, 2026. The designated set-up time is from 1PM-3 PM. Setup must be complete in order to undergo Health and Fire Inspections.
HEALTH AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: FOOD VENDORS ONLY
If accepted, each vendor will be required to obtain a Boston Board of Health Inspections Temporary Food Service Permit (if you don’t already have one).
All vendors must pass the health and fire inspections conducted on the day of the event, prior to the start of the event. Should you not pass, you will not be permitted to vend and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Table Size:
Food vendors- (1) 10x10 long table is permitted, (1) 6ft long table is permitted
Non Food vendors- (1) 10x10 long table is permitted, (1) 6ft long table is permitted
**Tables and chairs will not be provided by Spark FM**

Payment:
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required, this will be applied to your total vending fee. The full payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather.
Forms of payment accepted: Online payment, Money Order or Cashier's Check, Cash app, Venmo, Zell payable to Spark FM Online. Note the event in the memo.
